Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Lugnut King products. If you need to return an item, please follow these guidelines:

Change of Mind Returns:

  • Must be returned within 30 days in unopened original packaging.
  • Original postage costs cannot be refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • Contact us immediately upon receipt.
  • Provide photos or return the product as requested for verification.
  • We’ll promptly arrange a replacement or refund, including postage costs.
  • Items damaged due to incorrect installation or failure to follow provided instructions are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Returns must be for products genuinely damaged during transit or supplied incorrectly.
